From the Cold Section

A selection of antipasti including stuffed vegetables, and frittatas, natural and composed salads, smoked meats including ham and salamis, marinated and smoked fish, shellfish and more accompanied with dressings, flavored oils, and sauces


Soup and Pasta

Carrot and Coriander Soup

Casarecce tossed in an olive oil, garlic and shellfish salsa

Penne with a tomato and beef ragout


The Hot Dishes

Slow cooked lamb, fruit chutney, and red wine jus

Roasted duo of duck, braised red cabbage, and aniseed jus

Steamed panache of fish, mussels and saffron cream

Baked pumpkin and parmesan risotto

Pepperonata with olives and capers

Cheese Board

A variety of hard, semi-hard and soft cheeses served with water biscuits, grissini, homemade chutneys, nuts and grapes


From the Pastry Section

Dessert table including mousses, fruit flans, gateaux, pies, puddings, fresh fruit salad and more complemented with fruit coulis and fresh cream
