Antipasti and Salads

A spring festivity and mouth-watering selection of antipasti including a fine selection of fish and shellfish, marinated and cured fish, mussels, prawns and more. Meat and game terrines, roulades, homemade pȃtés, pastrami and cured meat complimented with compound and simple salads.

Accompanied with dressings, pickles, relishes, chutneys, infused oils and sauces


Soup and Pasta

Leek, potato and silver beet soup, herb dumplings

Crayfish bisque blended with sweetcorn finished with cognac and cream

Filled gnocchi with Parma ham, ricotta, cream cheese and thyme, pumpkin pureé and manchego velouté

Fresh garganelli tossed with baby prawns and turnip tops in white wine, finished with prawn butter

Complimented with parmesan shavings, goat cheese shaving’s and rucola

Selection of sushi served with pickled ginger wasabi and soy

Aromatic duck with pancakes, plum and hoi sauce served with cucumbers and scallions

Rock fish fillets, clam risotto, umami finished clam cream sauce

Duo of rabbit, traditionally fried with garlic and sous vide loin with an orange and herb farce

Roast stuffed goose with a herb and apricot stuffing, wilted savoy cabbage, roast gravy finished with Armagnac

Celeriac hash with smoked bean ragout
