Join us every Tuesday evening at The Tabloid for a delicious journey through the unique flavours of Maltese cuisine. Our skilled chefs expertly craft time-honoured recipes, infusing traditional dishes with a contemporary twist. From Maltese-style pastas to succulent meats, such as wine and herb-marinated rabbit, each bite delivers delightful surprises and sensations. And don’t forget to save room for dessert! Indulge in a selection of traditional sweets including Helwa tat-Tork and Kannoli, among others. Get ready to treat your taste buds to a night of Maltese decadence, served between 6.30 and 9.30 pm.

Every Tuesday at The Tabloid (ground floor of AX The Palace). Dinner is served between 18.30hrs and 21.30hrs.

A selection of Maltese antipasti , including ‘bigilla’ broad bean dip, Gardieniera , ‘hobz biz zejt u l kunserva’ Maltese bread with tomato spread and oil, stuffed olives, pickled onions and capers accompanied with natural and compound salads with dressings and sauces

 

Soup

  Maltese style fish soup with tomato, basil and mint served with flaked fish and rice

 

Pasta

Rigatoni tossed in a rich tomato sauce, local ricotta and basil finished with olive oil V

 

Casarecce with Maltese sausage, aubergine, cream and finished with goat cheese

Stuffed beef flank with Maltese sausage, boiled eggs, parsley and pork mince served with its own juices
